No. Linkatect reads your folders as they are. If your layout differs from the standard folder rules, we set up rules that match it.

Yes, for syncing. With Instant sync it keeps itself awake. With Once a day, a Mac that’s asleep syncs when it wakes. The portal itself is always online.

Yes. Double-click 5 Turn off automatic sync on the office computer, or cancel the key in Studio.
