Files your folder rules can’t place go to For review. If Claude Code is installed and signed in on the office computer, the sync program also asks your Claude what each unclear file is and where it probably belongs. Studio then shows Claude suggests: … next to the file.

What it does and doesn’t do

Claude only suggests. Nothing is shared until someone in Studio decides.
Claude reads a temporary copy of one file at a time and has no other access. It can’t change, move or delete anything.
It uses your own Claude subscription. Each unclear file uses a little of your plan’s usage, with at most 25 files per sync.
You need a Claude Pro or Max subscription. The free plan doesn’t include Claude Code.
  1. Open Terminal (press Cmd+Space, type Terminal, press Enter).
  2. Install Claude Code by pasting this line and pressing Enter:
If it says the folder is not in your PATH, you can ignore that.
  3. Sign in by pasting this line and pressing Enter:
A browser opens. Sign in with the Claude account that has your subscription and click Authorize.
  4. Double-click 1 Set up again, using the same folder and key. It should say Claude review: ready.
Claude is linked to the office computer, not to your Studio login. Each suggestion takes about 15 seconds per file.
