| Can’t open /Volumes/… (Mac) | Your server share isn’t connected. Reconnect it, then try again. |
| Agent key not found | Run 1 Set up again. |
| HTTP 401 unauthorised | The key was cancelled or mistyped. Create a new key in Studio’s Office server panel and run 1 Set up again. |
| paused | Syncing was paused on purpose. Nothing to do. |
| A file is larger than 50 MB | It was skipped. Files must be 50 MB or smaller. |
| Python 3 is needed (Windows) | Install Python 3 and tick Add python.exe to PATH, then reopen the kit. |
| A file went to the wrong place | Check its folder against your folder rules. Contact us to adjust the rules. |
| Files never appear | Check the project’s server folder name in Studio matches the folder on your server exactly. |
| Anything else | Email hello@linkatect.com with the latest file from 6 Open sync history. |
Never send your key by email or chat. If a key may have been seen by someone else, cancel it in Studio and create a new one.
