Use decisions for things that need a clear yes, such as Kitchen joinery finish: oak veneer.

Add a decision (Studio)

  1. Open the project’s Overview.
  2. Click New decision, describe it and choose who approves it: Client approves or Builder approves.
  3. The decision appears on the Overview card and in the Open decisions count.
To withdraw a decision, remove it from the Overview card.

Approving (client or builder)

The person who approves sees the decision on the project’s Overview with an Approve button. When they click it, the decision changes to Approved ✓. Linkatect records who approved it and when. Only the chosen role can approve, and Studio can’t approve on a client’s behalf.
