Your architect shares project files with you through Linkatect. You don’t need an account or a password.
Open your project
- Open the invitation email from your architect and click the link. Your architect may also send you the link directly.
- You’ll see Opening your project…, and then your project opens.
Invitation links last 30 days. If yours has expired, ask your architect for a new link.
Already opened it on this device? Go back to the same portal address. If it asks you to sign in, enter the email your architect invited, and we’ll email you a sign-in link.
Finding your way around
- Use the sections on the left, such as Documents, Meetings and Contract Administration.
- A yellow New badge marks files you haven’t opened yet.
- When your architect saves a newer revision, it replaces the old one automatically. You always see the current version.
Approving decisions
If your architect asks for your approval, the decision appears on the project’s Overview with an Approve button. Click it once. It changes to Approved ✓, and your architect can see that you approved it and when.
Privacy
You see only the files your architect shares with your role. Other people on the project, such as the builder, may see different files.
