# Projects

> Your studio's project list and the Office server panel.

Sign in at [app.linkatect.com/?studio=1](https://app.linkatect.com/?studio=1) to open Studio. Your project list shows every project in your studio, with:

* **Synced files**: how many files have arrived from your server.
* **For review**: files waiting for a decision from your team.
* **Last synced**: when the office computer last sent an update.

Use the search box to find a project. Click a row to open it.

## Create a project

Click **New project**, type a project name and click **Create**. The project starts empty. Its files arrive once you set its server folder (below) and the office computer syncs.

## Office server panel

The **Office server** panel connects your server to Linkatect:

| Part | What it's for |
| - | - |
| **Download the sync kit** | The **Mac kit** or **Windows kit** for the office computer. Open **START HERE** inside it. |
| **Create a key** | Makes a key for one computer. You paste it into **1 Set up** on that computer. |
| **Set each project's folder** | The name of the project's folder on your server, so its files go to the right project. |
| **Keys** | Every key you've made, when it was last used, and a button to cancel it. |

  A key is shown **only once**. Paste it straight into **1 Set up**, or keep it in your password manager. Anyone with the key can send files to your portal. If one is ever lost, cancel it and create a new one.

  If Linkatect set up custom folder rules for your studio, the panel says *Your folder rules are set up by Linkatect* instead of showing project folder fields.
