# For review

> Files your folder rules couldn't place, and Claude's suggestions.

When a file arrives from a folder that no rule covers, it goes to **For review** in Studio. The file is marked *Studio only until reviewed*. Clients, builders and contractors can't see it.

## What a review card shows

* **Found in**: the folder the file came from on your server.
* **Claude suggests**: what the file seems to be and the section it probably belongs in. This only appears if [Claude review](/office-server/claude-review) is linked on the office computer.
* Why it was held, for example because no folder rule matched.

## Actions

| Button | What happens |
| - | - |
| **Open** | Opens the file so you can check it. |
| **Mark as reviewed** | Files it into Claude's suggested section. If there's no suggestion, the file is marked reviewed and stays Studio-only. |

  Marking a file as reviewed never widens who can see it. Reviewed files keep the sharing their section's folder rule allows, and files with no matching section stay Studio-only.

  If the same folder keeps ending up in For review, ask for a folder rule to cover it. Then its files are filed automatically from the next sync.
